General cargo ship disabled in Bosphorus

General cargo ship RANIS suffered steering failure at around 1730 UTC Sep 15 in Yenikoy area, while transiting Bosphorus in southern direction, en route from Bartin Turkey, Black sea, to Hartlepool, UK. The ship completed transit, escorted by tug, and was anchored at Ahirkapi, Istanbul, Marmara sea. Remain anchored as of morning Sep 16.
