Taiwanese fishing vessel sinking in Indian ocean UPDATE

Sep 12 UPDATE: 16 crew were rescued by sister fishing vessels, all are safe. DER HAE NO 66 reportedly, sank. Crew went into, and were rescued from, life raft.
Taiwanese fishing vessel DER HAE NO 66 is suffering water ingress, sinking in Indian ocean 320 nm SE of Durban, South Africa, on Sep 12. MRCC Cape Town is coordinating SAR, a number of fishing vessels and cargo ships in the area have been diverted to take part in SAR. DER HAE NO 66 last AIS position received at around 1700 UTC Sep 12. Number of crew on board unknown, understood around 20 people.
