Norwegian cargo ship struck tug and pier at Harlingen

General cargo ship HAGLAND CARRIER struck docked tug PETER (IMO 9842762) while berthing at Harlingen Netherlands, at around 0500 LT Mar 27. Pier also was hit, and sustained damages. No information on damages sustained by cargo ship and tug, but HAGLAND CARRIER wasn’t berthed where she was supposed to, and was taken to another berth. She arrived at Harlingen with cargo of stone.
