Chinese bulk carrier with Russian coal disabled in Bohai sea

Bulk carrier GREAT WENXIANG suffered power loss on Nov 30, though probably earlier, north of Weihai, Bohai sea, while en route from Russia – Vanino, with most probably, cargo of coal. Bulk carrier was taken on tow on Nov 30 and towed to Yantai Anchorage, where she was anchored in the morning Dec 2.
