Thai bulk carrier disabled, anchored off Victoria B.C.

Bulk carrier WARISA NAREE was assisted by tug off Victoria B.C. in order to reach Victoria anchorage after encountering mechanical issue, at around 0300 UTC Dec 11, interrupting her voyage from China to Vancouver on a final leg, from Juan de Fuca Strait to Vancouver. Understood she was disabled and adrift for some time. On Dec 13 she changed position at anchorage. As of 0400 UTC Dec 15, she was still anchored at Victoria anchorage.
