Positive ticket in test lottery, container ship stuck for 14 days

One crew of container ship VISITOR was found positive during her stay Aug 29-30 at Vigo, Spain, and taken to hospital. On arrival to next port of call, Marin, Spain, the ship was put under quarantine, though the crew are healthy and draw a negative ticket in a lottery called “virus test”. It doesn’t matter, the ship was put under 14-day “quarantine”.
