Ro-ro blackout after fire in engine room, Vigo

Ro-ro GALICIA reportedly suffered blackout caused by engine room fire in the evening Oct 29, in Rio Vigo estuary, Vigo, Spain, while approaching Vigo en route from Zeebrugge. Two port tugs were deployed to take her to harbor, she was berthed at night same day, and as of 1300 UTC Oct 31, remained in the same position at Vigo. Damages extend unknown.
