MB reader Mr. Will Riggs kindly sent a photo taken from plane at around 1200 HK time Mar 31, west of Hong Kong Int Airport, assuming that the ship on photo is the ship which ran aground on Mar 30. No, the ship on photo isn’t the container ship which ran aground at southeast tip of Longxue Island, Pearl River estuary, and as of morning Apr 1 anchored south of Hong Kong, she was refloated same day. On a photo obviously, is a bulk carrier, with open hatches and looking like she’s in ballast.
