Deck cargo ship grounding, Philippines

Deck cargo ship LCT ELLIS MARI IV ran aground on Carabao island coast, Tablas Strai, central Philippines, in the afternoon Oct 28, with construction materials cargo (cement, sand, gravel), barrels with diesel, and 19 crew. Crew is safe, hull was already checked and found intact except scratches and dents, said Philippine CG. Last AIS was received at 0900 UTC Oct 29, and as of morning Oct 30, the ship probably, has been already refloated.
