Freighter troubled in Western Scheldt, held in position by tug

General cargo ship ARIF AMCA anchored at Everingen anchorage area near Ellewoutsdijk, Western Scheldt upstream from Vlissingen, at around 0200 UTC Sep 22, on arrival from S-Petersburg Russia. Understood anchor dragged, and ship started to drift at around 0320 UTC. It is also understood but not yet confirmed, that the ship is having an issue with heaving anchor, so she required assistance. Tug responded, and reportedly, the ship is held in stable position by tug. As of 1300 UTC Sep 22, situation seems to be the same.
