Tanker dragged anchor, drifted dangerously close to shore, Malta

Product tanker CHEM P in rough weather dragged anchor and drifted close to northeast coast of Malta on Mar 19, 2 tugs are responding, trying to stop the drift and prevent ship’s grounding. Judging from photo, tanker is in load, she arrived at Malta outer anchorage on Mar 4 from Algeciras Spain. According to EQUASIS, she’s to be broken up, maybe she’s in her last voyage.
