Tug with barge disabled, adrift in Arabian sea

Tug CHANDRA NEPTUNE with barge JACOB on tow reportedly disabled and adrift since around 2300 UTC Dec 1 in Arabian sea, while en route from Mumbai to Mundra, Gulf of Kutch. Latest available AIS position, as of 0530 UTC Dec 2, was dated 0200 UTC Dec 2, tug under way at some 5 knots speed, but she’s probably assisted or taken on tow by an offshore tug.
