Cargo ship destroyed fishing ponds, 1 mil fish escaped

General cargo ship HEBA M struck fishing ponds in Gulluk Gulf, Turkey, Aegean sea, while approaching Gulluk on Oct 1. 1 pond was destroyed and 2 damaged, with some 1 mil fish escaping the ponds. The ship was anchored at Gulluk anchorage, with her propeller entangled in ponds debris. Damage estimation under way.
