Gold standards and crews vaccination

For the first time, we see outbreaks on board infecting most of the crew… Earlier on in the pandemic, ships typically had one seafarer testing positive for Covid-19, who was isolated on board, unless they needed medical treatment. Now we see entire ships placed in isolation because most of the crew are infected.

Now, what these two respectable and absolutely trustworthy persons said? They said, essentially, that up until last 2-3 months and present, with this oh, so dreadful and deadly Indian variant wave, the ships weren’t put under quarantine. We’re to believe, that during all of 2020 and early 2021, the shipping didn’t experience widespread ships quarantines. I’m as polite as I can possibly be – their statements are in stark contradiction to not just one fact or several facts, no – they contradict mountain of facts. Hundreds routine reports on ships being put under 2-week quarantine were haunting shipping for more than 12 months, with no Indian variant around. Check for one, Maritime Bulletin, type “quarantine” and look through resulting articles. With that what I published, I dropped absolutely useless “covid quarantine” monitoring almost totally, because of sheer stupidity of it all. That is to say, that I recorded and posted only several quarantine cases. There are hundreds more.
The difference between last year’s quarantines and present ones is a major one – now more and more often, we witness not false “positive testing” cases, but real mass crew sickness and deaths, right after mass vaccination worldwide campaign started, and embraced shipping.

Truth and fact don’t count and generally, are “illegal”
But they said what they said. Why? Their motives are quite obvious, but the problem lies not with why they say something contrary to well-known facts, but with the ease and impunity they say it.
Facts don’t count any more, truth is equal to terrorism/extremism, while people like me, who’re led by facts, by common sense, by knowledge and – yes – science, are shunned and persecuted.
About all today’s “expertise” and “analysis” on matters shipping, are of the same quality and value, as the above given “expertise” on ships’ quarantine and looming new crew change crisis.

GARD sticks to “golden standards”:
To date, testing during the pandemic has mostly relied on the use of PCR tests. This test method remains the ‘gold standard’ for detecting the virus that causes COVID-19 and for diagnosing an active COVID-19 infection. PCR-tests are generally very accurate.

PCR test debunking latest, proving once again, that this test is unsuitable and can’t be used:
The Swedish Public Health Agency has developed national criteria for assessing freedom from infection in covid-19.
The PCR technology used in tests to detect viruses cannot distinguish between viruses capable of infecting cells and viruses that have been neutralized by the immune system and therefore these tests cannot be used to determine whether someone is contagious or not.
RNA from viruses can often be detected for weeks (sometimes months) after the illness but does not mean that you are still contagious. There are also several scientific studies that suggest that the infectivity of covid-19 is greatest at the beginning of the disease period.
The recommended criteria for assessing freedom from infection are therefore based on stable clinical improvement with freedom from fever for at least two days and that at least seven days have passed since the onset of symptoms…
So that’s where we stand, with shipping “leaders” using “golden standards” which are found, at closer look, to be antonyms of the term and meaning of “golden”.

Here’s my analysis, and forecast if you like:
– Putting ships under quarantine after positive PCR-tests is basically, absolutely wrong and faulty practice;
– There’s no light in the end of tunnel in form of total crews vaccinations and coming with them, assumedly, worldwide Green Lane for crew change – when a new wave strikes, previous vaccinations will become invalid, together with vaxx certificates or passports or whatever. What makes situation worse, is already existing worldwide practice of States ignoring this type of vaccine or that certificate, lifting or implementing restrictions at their will, ignoring any previous agreements or obligations (f…k your Neptune declaration, to put it simply);
– There’s no end of the tunnel, either. New “pandemic waves” are inevitable, as being absolutely a must, in order to keep population in state of constant fear and under control. This time they managed to stage a show of a “new pandemic wave” in India, next time (in summer I believe, or early autumn) it may be Russia, or Philippines, or EU – globalists don’t know themselves, it’s already a chaos, coming out of control;
– Industry stakeholders, be they “leaders” or major CEOs or shipping SMEs, who participate in, and facilitate, mass crew vaccination campaign, violate the yet valid laws; and commit a crime against humanity (see Nuremberg Code). Yes I know you believe you’re on the winner’s side, but you’re dead wrong. Yes now evil and insanity (globalists, that is) rule the world, but dark times will end, and Justice will be served.

Praemonitus, praemunitus, or forewarned is forearmed
Seamen are advised to consult with lawyers and insurers – the issue is, any impartial investigation/court will find parties coercing seamen into vaccination, guilty. Even if a seaman doesn’t suffer medium/severe adverse side-effects in a short term (we don’t know yet about long-term effects, it’s still ahead), coercion in itself is a violation of laws (not yet cancelled) and human rights (not yet cancelled, either). Perpetrators are at the very least, subject to compensation/fine. I’m talking about not just one, directly involved, party, like crew management agency or shipowner. It concerns and involves major players as well, all so-called “international maritime bodies” and their servants (media, experts, etc). they’re all responsible and therefore, suable.
