Container ship lost stability, heavy list, Singapore

Container ship LIMA VALERIE suffered stability loss and developed heavy list in Singapore, assumedly on Apr 15 or later. Salvage company already contracted to right the ship. As of May 3, LIMA VALERIE was moored at Pasir Panjang Terminal 2 berth.
