General cargo ship in ballast ran aground in the afternoon Jan 31 in Azov – Don Sea Canal, while en route from Turkey to Rostov-on-Don. The ship was refloated with the help of icebreaker or tug, not clear, and resumed moving upstream towards Rostov.
