Bulk carrier troubled in Lake Superior

Bulk carrier ALGOMA INNOVATOR is having problems in Lake Superior, according to Great Lakes watchdog Great Lakes and Seaway Shipping and to laker’s track. The ship went NUC since around 1440 UTC Jun 26 northwest of Whitefish Point, while en route from Thunder Bay to Toledo. Tug AVENGER IV (IMO 5401297) spotted moving towards bulk carrier, which as of 0400 UTC Jun 27 was still drifting in northern direction.
