Russian freighter developed list in Japan sea

Russian general cargo ship developed starboard 10-degree list after deck cargo timber shift, at night Feb 1 in Japan sea. The ship was en route from Russian Far East port. It was decided to interrupt voyage and sail to nearest port. On port approaches the ship was met by tug while at sea, and safely reached port, where she was berthed early in the morning local time Feb 2.
