Ferry breached, out of service, Venezuela

According to Venezuela news outlets, ferry LA CARANTA sustained hull breach in portside section above waterline, while docking at Puerto la Cruz on Jan 31 or earlier, and is taken out of service, so there’s only one ferry left connecting Puerto la Cruz and Margarita Island. Navibus is understood to be the operator of the ferry, what’s Nueva Conferry company then, and where does it stand, not clear, but this Nueva Conferry company said that the information on LA CARANTA accident is false, though pics from Conferry Twitter page confirm hull breach. Collision with pier reportedly, was caused by engine failure during mooring. https://twitter.com/lanuevaconferry?lang=en
