Norwegian freighter broke free, damaged pier and itself

Norwegian freighter early in the morning Jan 17 at port in the Mediterranean, drifted and collided with quay, the latter sustaining serious damages. The ship was taken under control with the help of pilot and tugs, and berthed again. Underwater survey found propeller and rudder to be damaged by collision. Accident was caused by strong wind.
