Fire erupted in engine room of Turkish Navy Corvette BEYKOZ at Foca Naval Base, Izmir Province, Aegean sea, on Jan 13. Electric cables said to caught fire. Sailors or mariners intervened and extinguished fire, 11 were injured, 3 of them were hospitalized.
