Cocaine found on cargo ship’s hull

Suspicious substance was spotted under general cargo vessel BALSA 93, which docked at Puerto Quetzal Port, Guatemala, on Dec 22. Narcotics police division team checked the vessel and found a sack, which contained 20 packages, filled with cocaine. Understood the sack was attached to vessel’s hull in rudder area.
