Ferry RIO MARINA BELLA hit pier, 2 passengers injured, Italy

Ferry RIO MARINA BELLA collided with pier while docking at Portoferraio, Elba Island, Italy, at around 2130 LT Oct 29, on arrival from Piombino with some 150 passengers on board. Two passengers were injured from a sharp jolt, one hospitalized with fractured ankle. Portside stern ramp and hull were damaged, from the looks of it on the photo hull may be breached. As of morning Oct 31, ferry remained at Portoferraio.
